
Hi there! My name is Grahame, and I live in the beautiful Highlands of Scotland with my two Labradors, Albus and Aslan, and my partner, Ewen. When I’m not working as a project manager, you’ll often find me in the gym, watching movies, or spending time outdoors in this stunning part of the world.
I’ve started this gratitude journal as a way to focus more on self-care and improve my mental health. Like many people, I sometimes struggle with finding balance in my life, especially when it comes to my mental well-being. It can be hard to prioritize self-care when life gets busy, but I’m learning that taking time to reflect on the things I’m grateful for can make a real difference.
Through this journal, I hope to build better habits around self-care and create a space where I can share my thoughts, reflections, and experiences. It’s not always easy to stay positive, but I’m hoping that practicing gratitude regularly will help me appreciate the small moments, even on tough days.
