The gym can be an intimidating place, especially when you’re pushing your body to its limits, set after set, day after day. It’s not always easy to maintain a positive mindset when you’re hitting failure on exercises or when progress seems slower than you’d like. But, as with all things in life, staying positive in the gym is about embracing the journey and recognizing the small wins along the way.
Progress, Not Perfection
Every time I walk into the gym, I remind myself that showing up is progress. Each session is a step forward, no matter how small or tough it may seem.
